The penultimate day had finally arrived!! After breakfast, we split into 2 teams again and started off with archery and initiative exercises.

Archery was amazing because we learnt how to aim an arrow at a target, however, pulling back the string was more difficult than it looked.

The initiative exercises were very challenging as it required a lot of thinking skills before you attempted each exercise. After lunch, both teams did the rocket launch and mini beasts.

Rocket launch was extremely exciting as we had to make our own rockets out of plastic bottles, then fill them with water, attach it to a pump and…pump until lift off!! They went flying!!

The mini beasts activity was interesting because we had to search for creepy crawlies under leaves, wood and stones. We even found an unusual love bug!

To finish off the adventurous day, we headed back into the woods for the camp fire. We watched everyones’ talents, sang songs and told riddles and jokes.

When we arrived back at our rooms, we had a sweet, little treat and fell fast asleep…
